Welcome to Tri-West Middle School! It is a pleasure to serve as your principal. The 2020-2021 school year was unique for all. I truly look forward to an outstanding 2021-2022 school year. Our theme this year is "Resilience, Relaunch, Renaissance". The staff and students certainly showed resiliency and we are all looking to relaunch the new year!

We have an awesome staff that will work to ensure your student receives a meaningful and rewarding middle school experience.   The middle school years are an exciting and challenging time for teenagers. We are really making an effort to intensify the level of rigor for all students this year, while making the learning relevant. We will continue to build strong relationships with your students. Students will also find multiple opportunities to be involved in school clubs, activities, and athletics.  We’ve added a solid character education program to our PRIDE curriculum, which takes place on rotating Tuesday mornings. In addition, we are a 1:1 school where each student receives a chromebook to be used on a daily basis. They are free to take it home, as most teachers expect students to be able to use Google Classroom daily.   Students and parents should become familiar with using Google Classroom.

I truly believe Tri-West Middle School is a special place. The community and parents provide tremendous support to help make this possible. In addition, our students are talented, hard working, and responsible. They truly make it a pleasure to come to work each and every day.   I encourage all students to be actively involved in their middle school years. The more involved students are, the more successful and rewarding their experience will be. I look forward to continuing a tradition of excellence and creating positive relationships with the staff, parents, community members, and most importantly; the students.

While we've had many accomplishments and successes to be proud of, I always look for ways that we can all improve.   Tri-West Middle School is committed to preparing students to become their BEST.
