Each child will need to have a completed 2024-25 Transportation Form on file with us. Families who are attending our Back to School Night on 7/30/24 from 5-7p.m. can fill one out then. If you're unable to attend, please complete this form and send it in to school with your child on the first day of school on 8/1/24, or at least send in a note with your child. Transportation is an extremely important part of getting our school year off to a smooth start!
